Shonte’ Espinal, ARM®, HCCP, COS, MOR, CFS
Mrs. Espinal is one of the founders of Loma Realty Group, LLC. She has a wealth of experience in real estate, including prior work with HUD where she specialized in processing and reviewing Management and Occupancy Reviews (MOR) audits. Mrs. Espinal also has extensive experience in compliance and property management, serving as an independent housing consultant. She is a member of the South Jersey Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management and holds various professional affiliations. Additionally, Mrs. Espinal is a Licensed Notary Public and has over 18 years of experience in the Property Management field.

Mr. Espinal is a founding partner of Loma Realty Group, LLC, bringing extensive experience in both new construction and the renovation of a wide range of properties, including commercial, industrial, religious, military, and residential projects. His technical expertise spans masonry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry.
Mr. Espinal is a Certified Environmental Specialist and has successfully completed OSHA Construction Safety training.
He has substantial experience in the multi-family sector and is frequently sought out to consult for municipalities and agencies based on his knowledge and hands-on expertise. Actively engaged in the industry, Mr. Espinal is a member of several architectural and technical organizations, where he provides leadership and mentorship to others.
